Hotelier and Reception training is adapted to the needs of each hotel.

Some hoteliers are very new to dynamic pricing and room sales, so training is spread out over three sessions in this case. Others have been practicing dynamic pricing for years already and they prefer to focus on specific tactics for their hotel.

Active Metrics assesses the training needs of both management and receptionists and then proposes what training will be presented.
